CERVINAGO – CALABRIA ROSSO
Made from 100% Lacrima (Magliocco Dolce) grapes cultivated at 600 m a.s.l., this red wine reflects the authenticity of Monte di Cassano. Manual harvest, skin maceration, and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts give it character and depth. Aged 12 months in steel and 2 months in bottle, it reveals a winey and fruity bouquet, delicate tannins, and a persistent taste. Perfect with meat-based dishes and cheeses.

Blend: 100% Lacrima (Magliocco dolce).
Altitude: 600 m a.s.l.
Density and Yield: 5,000 vines/ha ∙ 60 q/ha.
Training System: Spur-pruned cordon with one bud.
Harvest: Manual. Second ten days of October.
Vinification: Skin maceration for about 96 hours, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts without temperature control, delestage to gently extract color and aromas.
Aging: 12 months in steel tanks and 2 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Winey and fruity aroma, delicate tannins, persistent taste.
Food Pairings: First and second courses with meat. Ideal with cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 14°-16°C

Olio Extravergine di Oliva Biologico
Un blend tradizionale di Roggianella, Leccino, Coratina, Nocellara e Carolea, coltivate a 450–600 m s.l.m. (Civita e Monte di Cassano). I suoli argilloso–calcarei e i suoli rossi ricchi di ferro e magnesio danno vita a un olio complesso e ricco di carattere. Raccolto a mano nello stadio erbaceo (dalla fine di ottobre ai primi di dicembre per le cultivar tardive) e spremuto a freddo entro 8–12 ore in un frantoio moderno a ciclo continuo per preservarne la freschezza. Certificato biologico, con fruttato medio/intenso, corpo e consistenza eccellenti e colore verde con riflessi dorati.
Confezioni: Bottiglie da 250 ml, 500 ml e lattina da 5 L.
PECORELLO CALABRIA BIANCO (75 cl)
CERVINAGO – PECORIELLO BIANCO
Made from 100% Pecorello grapes cultivated at 600 m a.s.l., this white wine is harvested manually and vinified with cold maceration and indigenous yeasts to preserve its purity. Aged 6 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle, it expresses a fresh fruity and floral profile, ideal with grilled fish and white meats. Best served at 8–10°C.
