Manual harvest, skin maceration, and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts give it character and depth. Aged 12 months in steel and 2 months in bottle, it reveals a winey and fruity bouquet, delicate tannins, and a persistent taste. Perfect with meat-based dishes and cheeses.
