LAMANTINO RISERVA – CALABRIA ROSSO
Crafted from 100% Lacrima (Magliocco Dolce) grapes grown at 600 m a.s.l., Lamantino Riserva embodies depth and elegance. Manual harvest, skin maceration, and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts reveal the pure essence of the variety. Aged 12 months in lightly toasted French oak barriques and further refined in bottle, it offers a bold, aromatic profile with notes of red fruits, purple reflections, and excellent structure, making it suitable for aging. Perfect with red meats and aged cheeses.
Grapes: 100% Lacrima (Magliocco dolce).
Altitude: 600 meters above sea level.
Plant density and yield: 5,000 vines/ha ∙ 60 q/ha.
Training system: Spur-pruned cordon, single bud.
Manual harvest. Second ten days of October.
Vinification: Skin maceration for approx. 96 hours.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control.
Delestage to gently extract color and aromas.
Aging: 12 months in lightly toasted French oak barriques,
followed by several months in bottle before release.
Tasting notes: Red wine with purple highlights, bold and aromatic, reminiscent of red fruits.
Well-structured, suitable for aging.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A traditional blend of Roggianella, Leccino, Coratina, Nocellara, and Carolea grown at 450–600 m a.s.l. (Civita & Monte di Cassano). Clay–limestone soils and iron–magnesium–rich red soils shape a complex, characterful oil. Hand-harvested at the herbaceous stage (late October to early December for late cultivars) and cold-pressed within 8–12 hours in a state-of-the-art continuous-cycle mill to preserve freshness. Certified organic, with medium/intense fruitiness, excellent body and consistency, and a green color with golden highlights.
Packaging: Bottles 250 ml, 500 ml, and 5 L can.
OLIO EXTRAVERGINE DI OLIVA BIOLOGICO (0.25 cl)
Olio Extravergine di Oliva Biologico
Un blend tradizionale di Roggianella, Leccino, Coratina, Nocellara e Carolea, coltivate a 450–600 m s.l.m. (Civita e Monte di Cassano). I suoli argilloso–calcarei e i suoli rossi ricchi di ferro e magnesio danno vita a un olio complesso e ricco di carattere. Raccolto a mano nello stadio erbaceo (dalla fine di ottobre ai primi di dicembre per le cultivar tardive) e spremuto a freddo entro 8–12 ore in un frantoio moderno a ciclo continuo per preservarne la freschezza. Certificato biologico, con fruttato medio/intenso, corpo e consistenza eccellenti e colore verde con riflessi dorati.

CERVINAGO – PECORIELLO BIANCO
Made from 100% Pecorello grapes cultivated at 600 m a.s.l., this white wine is harvested manually and vinified with cold maceration and indigenous yeasts to preserve its purity. Aged 6 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle, it expresses a fresh fruity and floral profile, ideal with grilled fish and white meats. Best served at 8–10°C.
